The San Diego Biomarkers Symposium invites you to submit abstracts for review during the Symposium!
Please read all the information below prior to submitting your abstract(s).
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: April 15, 2025
Step 1: Prepare your abstract as a Word document, max 375 words (no tables or figures; no PDFs; see samples), with complete contact information for the corresponding author. Include a Disclosure Statement. This is to acknowledge any financial or non-financial interest that has arisen from the direct applications of your research. If there are no relevant competing interests to declare please state this, for example: The authors report there are no competing interests to declare. Further guidance on what is a conflict of interest and how to disclose it can be found at: https://authorservices.taylorandfrancis.com/editorial-policies/competing-interest/

Step 2: Submit your abstract (Word document) to biomarkers@health.ucsd.edu
Deadline: Abstracts MUST BE RECEIVED no later than April 15, 2025.
Step 3: Dr. Daniels will inform you if your abstract has been accepted.
Notification of acceptance will be emailed no later than April 30, 2025.
Step 4: Complete Your Poster - see "Poster Instructions for Accepted Abstracts" below.
Step 5: Bring your poster to La Jolla for the Symposium!
You will be responsible for printing and bringing your poster(s) to the hotel. However, if you cannot attend the symposium, please email biomarkers@health.ucsd.edu to discuss alternative options.
If your written abstract is selected, you must create and bring your abstract in poster form for display at the symposium.
