A full refund will be given provided that written notification of your intent to cancel is received by April 23, 2026. A processing fee of $50.00 will be charged and deducted from your refund for all cancellations received after this date and by May 8, 2026. There will be no refund for cancellations received after May 8, 2026. Fees will not be refunded for no-shows.
Please be aware in the unlikely event that the program is cancelled, UCSD & EIM are responsible only for a full refund of the registration fee and not for transportation or hotel accommodations.
